We want you and your little bee to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unwashed and unworn items. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, certain items like face masks and final sale products cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a sturdy mailer and securely attach the return label.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any USPS location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
